MacDeath a non-musical play written and directed by Bill Bauernfeind (with a tip of the hat to Will Shakespeare)
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sturgeon Bay High School is putting on a non-musical show for the first time in many years this April.  Directed by Bill Bauernfeind (co-director of many of our musicals) is the director and writer.  Below (and attached) is the relevant information.

Square Peg Players, under the auspices of Sturgeon Bay High School, present “MacDeath”, a non-musical play written and directed by Bill Bauernfeind (with a tip of the hat to Will Shakespeare).  The story of Macbeth and his ambitious wife is well-known.  But less known is the original version, from which Shakespeare shaped his story.  Here, for the first time anywhere since it was written (nearly four years ago) is that play.   MacDeath features the talents of Josh Augustson, David Bicoy, MaryCaroline Georges, Ruby Ann Malek, Mizuleyka McCarthy, Rachel Seizer, Steven Tellstrom, Abby Thiede and Tim Ward.   Come see these nine players take on 22 different roles in this madcap version of the play known to actors around the world as “He Who Must Not Be Named.”  Performances take place Friday through Sunday, April 24-25 at 7:00 p.m. and April 26 at 3:00 p.m.   Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students; box office opens one-half hour prior to each performance.
