Two men charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide in connection with a heroin overdose death made their initial appearances in Door County Court yesterday.
A $10,000 cash bond was set for 33-year-old Alvin McFeely of the town of Egg Harbor. A $2000 cash bond set for 37-year-old Christopher Anderson of Green Bay.
Both men, along with 27-year-old Tierra Oehring of Sturgeon Bay, are accused of delivering the drugs that led to the April heroin overdose death of a town of Sevastopol man.
McFeely and Anderson are both due back in court next month. Oehring pled not guilty to the First Degree Reckless Homicide charge in early June.
