Pro Products, Inc. of Sturgeon Bay will be building a new, 38,000-square foot facility in the Sturgeon Bay Industrial Park. The Sturgeon Bay City Council approved the precision machine shop’s purchase of a 3.5-acre site for building the new facility. The city council also approved land options on adjacent land so Pro Products can expand more if needed in the future. Bill Chaudoir, executive director of the Door County Economic Development Corporation, explains the need for the new facility.
Chaudoir credits the city of Sturgeon Bay for its commitment to the Sturgeon Bay Industrial Park and its tenants like Hatco Corporation and Thermotronics.
The new facility will be located down the street on Lansing Avenue from its current 28,000-square foot facility.
