
The popular movie Grease is hitting the stage at Sevastopol on November 2nd and 3rd. They will be running a school-friendly version of the Broadway hit, which excludes the use of alcohol and tobacco. Musical supervisor and high school choir teacher Cheryl Pfister is excited about how the production is coming together.
Sophomore Dylan Thornton, who plays Kenickie in the musical, made sure he knew who he was acting out before play practice ever began.
With one showing on Friday and two on Saturday, the school production of Grease will attempt to re-live the nostalgia of a bygone era.
Shows are Friday, November 2 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 3 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Tickets are $5 for children/students and $10 for adults.
