A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Wednesday in Door County for a Sturgeon Bay man accused of running over a woman with a vehicle during a fight on the city's west side.
The incident took place in the early hours of June 23 on West Oak Street.
Police say 31-year-old Kemoni Garner got into a fight with another man, ran over a woman with a vehicle, then led authorities on a high-speed chase that lasted 13 miles.
Garner faces a total of nine charges, including attempted first degree intentional homicide. He pleaded not guilty to all charges September 11.
He's being held on $150,000 cash bond.
Another pre-trial conference is set for November 21 with a jury trial scheduled to begin November 27.
It's not the only legal issue Garner is facing. He's charged with two felonies and four total charges in connection with a fight at the Door County Jail July 21. He also faces a felony count dating to October 2011 for failing to report to jail. Trials for both those cases have been scheduled for February.
