
A Kentucky man charged in connection with an altercation in Sister Bay where a gunshot was fired is scheduled to be sentenced January 11.
William Mosgrove of Bardstown, Kentucky reached a plea deal with prosecutors this week. The 23-year-old pleaded no contest to six misdemeanor charges and had a felony charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety dismissed. Among the six charges were operating a firearm while intoxicated, discharging a firearm within 100 yards of a building, battery, and resisting an officer.
The incident took place during the early morning hours of June 19.
