Turning The Tassel Early

Graduating from high school is a big step in life. Sturgeon Bay High School's senior class of 2013 is going to graduate at the end of May, but two students will be getting their diplomas a little bit earlier than that.

Sturgeon Bay High School seniors Dylan Austad and Quin Berg are both scheduled to graduate January 18, 2013.

Dylan says that he decided to graduate early to get a head start on his military career.

Dylan also says that he is excited to start this new chapter in his life, even if he has to double up on homework.

Students who want to graduate early need to file their request by the end of their junior year and have it approved by the School Board.
