Parents, teachers, students, community members and school board members of the Southern Door School District will gather on Wednesday, January 9, to discuss the topics that are important to the future of education in the community.
In June, Superintendent Patricia Vickman says the district held its first summit and attendees identified 8 key interests the district should focus on.
The summit kicks off at 5:30 Wednesday with a social and light sandwiches in the Southern Door Eagle Gymnasium, followed by the summit from 6-9 p.m. Vickman says anyone who would like to join the conversation should register by Monday to ensure there will be enough materials for everyone. You can register on the district website, www.southerndoor.k12.wi.us, or by calling the district office at 825-7311.
