A 23-year-old Kentucky man will spend 150 days in the Door County Jail for his role in an altercation in Sister Bay where's he accused of firing a gun in the direction of another man.
William Mosgrove of Bardstown, Kentucky was sentenced Friday on six charges related to the June 19 incident, including operating a firearm while intoxicated, battery, discharging a firearm within 100 yards of a building, resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, and possessing a switchblade knife.
A felony count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety was earlier dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Judge Todd Ehlers also sentenced Mosgrove on two charges of operating while intoxicated.
The sentence was a joint recommendation of both sides.
Mosgrove has 60 days to report to Door County to serve his sentence.
