It's "Business As Usual" For Republican Party of Door County

Door County Republican Party Chair Bill Berglund took some time this week to fill Door County Daily News.com in on what the party will be up to this year. Berglund says they will be keeping a close eye on the mining bill in the coming weeks.

Now that the legislature has changed, Berglund thinks the bill will pass.

Besides watching the state legislature Berglund says it'll be business as usual.  Party members plan to participate in the local parades and make their presence known at the fair as well as host a Lincoln Day Dinner that the public will be invited to in February.

In the coming days we'll talk to the chair of the Democratic Party of Door County to see what they're planning for the year.
