The Sturgeon Bay City Council Tuesday will take up a proposed parking restriction related to the Bayview Bridge detour.
Aldermen will discuss banning parking on Michigan Street adjacent to Market Square during the bridge closure, which is expected to last until early July.
Council members talked about the idea at a special meeting Thursday when they voted to prohibit parking on Neenah Avenue during the closure.
In other action, the Council is slated to give first readings to a proposed ordinance regarding the misuse of 911 and a proposed ordinance change regarding hunting permits.
Aldermen also will take up a recommendation from the Plan Commission to approve improvement plans for the Marina View subdivision.
Tuesday's meeting is at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 421 Michigan Street in Sturgeon Bay.
