As the seasons change, so do our eating habits. Fresh summer produce will be ready before you know it, and along with that comes new opportunities to boost your health. Smoothies are a quick, easy and refreshing way to load up on vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.  The nutritional benefits will pack a punch against chronic diseases like Alzheimer's, heart disease, and many types of cancer.
