Ride For Bo Wraps Up Saturday

Alex and Duke Lensert are back in Baileys Harbor after finishing their ten-day, cross-state bicycle ride Saturday.

The father/son duo put on almost 700 miles and received a warm welcome from the Door County Silent Sport Alliance at the Lodge at Leathem Smith on Friday for a pit stop in Sturgeon Bay.

Alex (left) and Duke (right) Lensert pause for a photo opportunity after arriving at the Lodge at Leathem Smith just after 5:30 p.m. Friday. The pair rode their bikes across Wisconsin and back to raise money for the Go Bo! Foundation.

Members of DCSSA met the Lenserts a few miles south of Sturgeon Bay on the Ahnapee Trail to escort them into town. For more on their trip, visit our previous story.
