Elsie Elda Wilke

Elsie Elda Wilke, two month old, beloved daughter of Rachel Bink and Kirk Wilke, was called back home to heaven on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Children Hospital in Milwaukee.

She was born November 18, 2013 in Milwaukee. Elsie will be greatly missed. Even though her time on earth with us was short, she will leave a lifelong lasting impression on us all. She fought on far longer than any of her doctors thought she could have and was an inspiration to us all.

Survivors include her parents, Rachel Bink and Kirk Wilke of Sturgeon Bay and sister, Reagen Wilke at home; maternal grandparents, Keith and Mary Bink; paternal grandparents, Randy and Cheryl Wilke of Sturgeon Bay; maternal great-grandparents, William and Marion Baudhuin; paternal great-grandparents, Fred and Irene Wilke, and Arby Roth all of Sturgeon Bay; many other dear family and supportive friends who we love very much, thank you for your support and prayers.

A private family service will be held at Huehns Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

We would like to extend a special thanks to all of her caring doctors, nurses and staff at Children’s Hospital CICU in Milwaukee, none of them ever gave up on Elsie. And we so very much appreciated the accommodations at the Ronald McDonald House, thank you for treating us like family.
