Bo Axel Miller Johnson, 13, of Sister Bay, Door County, WI passed away on Friday Sept. 28, 2012 at Ministry Door County Medical Center surrounded by his family & friends, after losing his battle with a rare EM/AML Leukemia. Bo was born on May 3, 1999 in Green Bay, WI to Annika M. Johnson and Steven L. Miller. He was an 8th grade student at Gibraltar Area School. He was the Grandson of the late Al Johnson.
Bo loved his family, friends, the community in which he has grown up in, and life in general. He had a particular fondness of sports, which included baseball & basketball. He absolutely loved to travel, choosing mainly beach destinations. Among his other hobbies included swimming, volleyball, wiffle ball, snorkeling, skiing, biking, running, fishing, and caring for & owning animals.
Bo is survived by his mother Annika Johnson and father Steven Miller, his grandmother Ingert Johnson, his uncles and aunts Lars & Jill, Rolf & Lori, Dennis & Ellen, and John & Emily. His cousins Bjorn, Thor, Jesper, Taylyn, Trevon, Tyra, Enya, Chase, and Ethan.
Bo had a special love for his home of Door County. He was everyone's son here in our small community. For this, we Thank You all.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude for all the care and support given to Bo at Children's Hospital of WI Milwaukee, The MACC Clinic, The BMT Clinic, Unity of Green Bay, and Door County Memorial Hospital.

A Student Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday October 3, 2012 at 3:45 P.M. at the Door Community Auditorium at Fish Creek.
A Community Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. at the Door Community Auditorium. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Door Community Auditorium.
