Anthony A. Dufek, 81, Sturgeon Bay, WI, passed away on December 19, 2020. He was born on July 13, 1939 to the late Henry and Marie (Wardeck) Dufek. He served in the US Army from 1958 until 1963 as part of an Airborne unit. He married Linda Russel on November 27, 1970 in Menominee, MI. He spent 15 years volunteering doing maintenance for the Discalced Carmelites of the Holy Name of Jesus Monastery in Denmark, He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his granddaughters, and fixing all things.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Lisa (Dan) Lardinois, Little Suamico, Joe (Amy) Dufek, Green Bay, Sandy (Adam) Kozlowski, Green Bay; his four precious granddaughters, Amber Lardinois, Ella Kozlowski, Aliya Kozlowski, and Lyla Kozlowski; brother, Patrick Dufek, Suamico; sister- and brother-in-law Darlene (Al) Donart; also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first beloved son Tom Dufek; his parents Henry and Marie Dufek; sister Carol (John) Noack; sister-in-law, Sharon Dufek; sister- and brother-in-law, Sue (Bill) Arndt; in-laws Ethel (Clarence) Bablash, Vernon Russel.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a PRIVATE service will be held on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Daniel Schuster officiating.
