Sam A. Arroyo

Sam A. Arroyo, 31, passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2021. He was born on  

August 13, 1989 in New Jersey to Magali (Morales) Arroyo and Israel Arroyo Jr. 

Sam had health issues and because of this was unable to fulfill his dream of  

joining the military and becoming a Navy Seal. But his health did not stop him  

from being very patriotic and loving life. He loved music, to include playing the  

piano, loved nature and going on walks with his niece, working on cars, and  

hunting. He had a bold sense of humor.  

Sam is survived by his mother, Magali (Morales) Willems; brothers and sister,  

Israel Arroyo, Daniel Arroyo, Noemi Arroyo, and Christian Arroyo; grandma,  

Milagros Arroyo; and grandpa, Don Wierichs. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Israel Arroyo Sr.;  stepfather, Guy Willems; grandma, Roberta “Bobbi” Jo Wierichs; and cousin, Oakley Engelking. 

Visitation will take place at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home – Algoma, 1617 Flora Ave., from 10:00-11:45 am on  Saturday, April 17, 2021. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Kewaunee. Due to COVID-19, social  distancing will be practiced, and facemasks are required to be worn. Online condolence messages may be shared  at www.wiesnermassart.com.
