Kewaunee has revenge on the mind

Many players on the Kewaunee girls basketball team remember the last two times they faced off against Wrightstown. Two years ago, Wrightstown knocked the Storm out of the playoffs in overtime 60-57. Sara Dax was a sophomore for Kewaunee and she scored 15 points in the loss. Dax is now a senior. Last year the Tigers blew the Storm out on Kewaunee's home floor 68-41. The two teams will meet again on Monday night, and Wrightstown is really good again coming in to the game at 7-2 overall. Lynn Geier, head coach of the Storm girls, says her team doesn't need any extra motivation for this game.

Geier added that she will have to watch how many minutes each Storm girl plays in the Wrightstown game since it'll be the start of a stretch of three games in four nights. Kewaunee follows the Wrightstown game the very next night against Sevastopol.
