Algoma boys coach keeping an eye on next season

The Algoma boys basketball coach is trying to make his team the best they can be for this season while also keeping an eye on the future. Head Coach Corie Zimmerman has to do that since the team has seven juniors, one sophomore, and one freshman. Zimmerman wants to figure out which of those players play well together to get a head start on next season. He knows this team can be greatly improved for next year.

The Wolves lost a non-conference game at Manitowoc Lutheran on Monday night 70-37. Algoma is now 1-13 overall and 0-8 in the Packerland Conference this year. They travel to Gibraltar on Friday night with the tip-off at 7:30 PM.
