Big night in Packerland Conference girls basketball

Sturgeon Bay earned their second win of the conference season against Sevastopol Tuesday night. A 60-43 triumph featured a balanced scoring attack from the Clippers. Sarah Bridenhagen scored 16 points, Carley Wodack and Brenna Zuehlke added 11 apiece and Kenzye Hassenjager scored a career-high 10 points in the win. Zoe Kuehn led all scorers with 19 points and Amber Roalkvan chipped in 10 points in the loss.

 

Gibraltar outlasted Oconto 54-37 to avenge a loss in their last game to Kewaunee. Payton Pluff filled up the box score with 18 points and Abbi Sitte scored 14 for the Vikings. Mara Allen led all scorers with 19 points for Oconto. 

 

Southern Door was a 44-38 winner over Gillett. Nicole Norton scored 12 points, Grace LeGrave added 11 points and Kendra Dantoin poured in nine points for the Eagles.

 

Algoma was a 52-35 winner over Peshtigo. MaKayla Guilette led all scorers with 17 points while teammate Sierra Nessinger netted 16 points for the Wolves. 

 

Finally, Kewaunee remained undefeated in the conference with a convincing 57-31 win over N.E.W. Lutheran.
