Sturgeon Bay scored 31 runs in two games and Algoma scored 10 in theirs to collect victories in Packerland softball action Thursday.

Runs came fast and furious for the Sturgeon Bay softball team as they swept a doubleheader from NEW Lutheran by scores of 15-4 and 16-1. 

Maddie Prokash didn't allow a single run against Sevastopol, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Algoma Wolves Varsity to a 10-0 victory on Thursday. 

Luxemburg-Casco could not come back from a two-run first inning deficit en route to a 5-1 loss to Denmark.

Friday's games include Sevastopol traveling to Peshtigo, Gibraltar hosting Algoma, and Kewaunee heading on the road to face Oconto.
