The Milwaukee Bucks are riding a 12-game winning streak into Little Caesars Arena in Detroit Wednesday night. The team's record is up to 18-3, three games clear of a five-team log jam for second place in the Eastern Conference. Both the Bucks and the Pistons won their last game handily. Milwaukee torched the last-place New York Knicks, 132-88, Monday. Last night, the Pistons rackey-tacked Cleveland 127-94.
Detroit has been slowed this year due to injuries to star forward Blake Griffin. Even in Tuesday's win, Griffin was on the floor for only 23 minutes. Without Griffin at full strength it is hard to imagine that the Pistons have enough fire power to hang with Milwaukee's dynamic offense. The Bucks enter the game averaging 121 points per game.
