Boys' basketball round-up: Algoma wins, Sevastopol postpones

Algoma used a big second half to earn its second win of the season Monday night.

Tied at 21 at the break, the Wolves outscored NEWCHAA 32-20 in the second half to earn the 53-41 victory in Algoma.

Three games are on the schedule tonight after Sevastopol was forced to postpone its game against NEW Lutheran due to an illness ravaging the team. That game will instead be played on February 11th.

Local action still scheduled for Tuesday includes Luxemburg-Casco hosting Waupaca for a 7 p.m. tip, Gibraltar traveling to Sturgeon Bay and Southern Door hosting Kewaunee. The two Packerland Conference matchups will tip off at 7:30 p.m.
