The Green Bay Booyah lost a close game to the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters Saturday evening in Northwoods League baseball. After taking a 2-0 lead early, the Booyah fell behind 5-3 after a three-run seventh inning by the Rafters. The Booyah tied the game up in the eighth, only to see Wisconsin Rapids tally a run in the bottom of the inning to secure the 6-5 win. Ron Cole (0-1) took the hard-luck loss. Brady West led the Booyah offensively with two doubles and two runs scored as well as two RBIs. The Booyah (5-6) and Rafters (8-3) will play Sunday in Wisconsin Rapids to finish up the two-game series.
