Beginning Monday, the Packerland Conference will be entering the second phase of its offseason plan. The guidelines follow closely those laid down by the WIAA and feature rules for individual sports as well as the overall COVID-19 activity level in each county. Door and Kewaunee Counties are both classified as high currently, along with most of the state, which could restrict early offseason plans. Moderate COVID activity is defined as active cases affecting less than 50 per 100,000 people. For Kewaunee County, that translates to roughly ten active cases, and Door would be around 13. Both counties are at nearly twice that level.
