Tigers show teeth against Brewers

The Detroit Tigers roared Tuesday night at Miller Park, beating the Brewers, 12-1. Milwaukee had chances in the first and the sixth when the game was still up for grabs, but they only managed to push across a run courtesy of a Christian Yelich home run.

The Tigers offense was relentless against starter Josh Lindblom and the Brewer bullpen. Most of their damage came with two outs, including five RBIs from Detroit right fielder Victor Reyes. The Tigers are riding high, back over .500 and in the midst of an 8-2 stretch. It will be Adrian Houser versus Spencer Turnbull in the second game Wednesday night, with first pitch at 6:40.
