Season uncertainty keeps Kewaunee AD busy

The lack of sports this fall does not mean Kewaunee High School athletic school Brian Rabas has not kept busy.

The district pushed its final fall sport, football, to the alternative spring season last week. The Storm will likely play their games on the road due to worries about the field. With schools in the Green Bay and Appleton area combining to form a super conference this spring, Rabas says it could be a challenge finding opponents.

As for winter sports, Rabas says it is a wait and see approach just like the fall.

Rabas says large wrestling tournaments are among the first winter sports events to be taken off their calendar this school year. You can listen to our entire interview with Rabas on the Konop Meats Kewaunee Sports Central podcast feed at NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com.
