It is a quiet night for local boys' basketball action on Thursday.
Luxemburg-Casco travels to Oconto Falls in an NEC battle. The Spartans are playing some of its best basketball of the season as they are in the middle of a four-game winning streak. In their last game, four players reached double figures as the Spartans took advantage of a tired Southern Door squad to win 84-49. The Panthers are on the opposite side of spectrum as they look for their first win of the season. They lost their last game 88-31 and are led by Isiah Raddatz (14.6 ppg, 2.7 apg).

The Packerland Conference is taking the night off as they prepare for a busy Friday of action. 105.1 The Goat will carry Friday's Kewaunee/Gibraltar contest beginning at 7:15 p.m in Kewaunee. with the pregame show. Other Packerland games include Southern Door traveling to Peshtigo, Sturgeon Bay visiting Oconto, and Algoma heading to NEW Lutheran.
