Bucks end losing streak

The Milwaukee Bucks took advantage of the opportunity to get back on the winning track against an ailing Los Angeles Lakers team. The Lakers were without superstars Lebron James and Anthony Davis, and the Bucks took control for a 112-97 win that snapped a three game losing streak. The Bucks were down 30-24 after the first quarter but outscored the Lakers by 14 in the second quarter and ran away from there.

For Milwaukee, Jrue Holiday was the leading scorer with 28. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 25 and Kris Middleton also scored 17. Milwaukee is in third place in the NBA East conference with a record of 30-17. The Bucks will take the court Saturday when they continue their west road trip against the Portland Trailblazers. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:00 PM.
