Gamblers give up five unanswered to Fighting Saints

The offense could never get going against the Dubuque Fighting Saints as they lost 6-1 on the road.

Jackson Hallum's game-tying goal was the only bright spot for the Gamblers 10 minutes into the first period. The Fighting Saints would take the lead again before the period and then tallied three goals in the second period and one more for good measure in the third period. Aaron Randazzo saw 25 shots in just 33 minutes of action before being replaced in the second period after giving up three goals in seven minutes and five goals overall. Elias Ratislav finished the game with eight saves on nine shots.
