Bucks fall to Grizzlies on the road

The Milwaukee Bucks could not catch the Memphis Grizzlies Saturday night, falling 127-102.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton returned to the lineup, but without point guard Jrue Holiday. Even without star guard Ja Morant the Grizzlies outscored the Bucks in every quarter, anchored by a 27-18 scoring second-quarter outburst. De'Anthony Melton led the Grizzlies with 24 points while Desmond Bane chipped in another 20 points. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a game-high 30 points with Khris Middleton (16 points) and Brook Lopez (10 points) the only other Bucks players to reach double figures.

The Bucks are back in action Tuesday night when they face the Philadelphia 76ers.
