A Willy Adames homer was the only offense the Milwaukee Brewers could muster in their 6-2 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday.
The homer came in the bottom of the first to tie the game at 2-2. Nolan Gorman would continue his big night with the game-winning home run in the top of the fourth run. He went 4-4 with four RBI and two homers on the night.
Jack Flaherty did not last long as he gave up the two-run homer and three hits during his three innings of work. The bullpen wrapped up the game with six innings of scoreless, one-hit baseball.
The two teams meet again at American Family Field at 7:10 p.m.
