Slowly but surely, high school athletes across Door and Kewaunee counties are getting back to work with their respective athletic teams.
Monday marks the first day girls' golf teams can hit the links. Their first competition can take place as soon as Thursday.
Tuesday is when eight-player football, girls' tennis, and girls' swimming can begin practice. While girls' tennis players will be able to have a meet as soon as Saturday, eight-player football teams will have to wait until the end of the month for their first game. Swimmers will only have to wait until next Wednesday.
All other sports will begin practice next Monday.
