The Green Bay Packers had a long week to prepare for their upcoming primetime matchup against the one-loss Philadelphia Eagles.
The Packers struggles of late have been well documented, losing six of their last seven games, and needing a last second field goal in overtime against the Cowboys to avoid being on a seven game losing streak. One bright spot of the recent seasons has been Wide Receiver Christian Watson, who has caught five touchdowns in the past two weeks. Green Bay will be looking for more from Watson and the offense in order to keep up with the high powered Eagles.
Reports from Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers himself have come out that Rodgers has been playing with a broken thumb since Week 5 in London where the Packers lost to the Giants.
The Eagles have been cruising throughout the season, as they welcome in the Packers with a 9-1 record. That record has been because of stellar Quarterback play, as Jalen Hurts has taken a big step up for Philadelphia to lead them to the overall one seed in the NFC so far.
The game is set for 7:30 P.M. Sunday night in Philadelphia.
