For the second night in a row, the Luxemburg-Casco girls' basketball team struggled to get a player into double figures as they fell to the Ashwaubenon Jaguars 72-33.
Like Pulaski did the night before, Ashwaubenon could get to the line as they held a 14-4 advantage over Luxemburg-Casco in attempts. Unlike the Red Raiders, the Jaguars were able to take advantage by sinking 12 of those attempts, which helped them outscore the Spartans by 17 in the first half and 22 in the second half.
Maggie Hanmann returned to the lineup for the Spartans, who along with Erin Cherovsky scored eight points in the contest. Brianna Bray knocked down a pair of three-pointers to chip in seven points.
Addy Phipps led the Jaguars with 22 points and Gianna Guarascio contributed 11 points in the victory.
The Spartans return to NEC action on Tuesday when they play Little Chute.
