Bucks pound Pistons

The Milwaukee Bucks exploded for nearly 50 points in the opening period en route to a 150-130 win over the Detroit Pistons on Monday night.

The Bucks hit 12 of their first 13 shots from the field and erupted with a 28-8 run to open the game, giving them a 20 point margin they would not let disappear. The Pistons played like a team still recovering from their matchup in Paris against the Chicago Bulls, which also resulted in a double-figure loss.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 29 points and 12 rebounds while Brook Lopez added 18 points. Jrue Holiday, Jevon Carter, and Bobby Portis also reached double figures in the Bucks victory. Bojan Bogdanovi? led the Pistons with 33 points.
