Blizzard roughed up by Fighters

The Green Bay Blizzard closed out each half by being outscored by at least three touchdowns in a 76-30 loss Sunday afternoon at the Resch Center to the Frisco Fighters.

 

The Blizzard opened up each half well, leading the game 16-13 after one quarter and closing the gap in the third quarter. They were outscored by the Fighters 33-0 in the second quarter and 21-0 in the fourth quarter to render the final result. 

 

Blizzard quarterbacks Max Meylor and Ja'rome Johnson each threw one touchdown and a pair of interceptions while Terrence Johnson rushed for two touchdowns. T.J. Edwards rushed for six touchdowns and threw for another to lead the Fighters to victory.

 

The Blizzard are back in action on March 26th at Massachusetts/
