Area baseball teams are making sure they get all the games they can in before the start of next week's WIAA Tournament.

On 105.1 The GOAT, the Gibraltar Vikings go for their third straight doubleheader sweep on Friday when they travel to Oconto. Tim Kowols will have the call from Oconto beginning at 3:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the first pitch at 4 p.m. The games will also be streamed at 1051TheGOAT.com and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com.

In other baseball action scheduled for Friday, Southern Door will play a pair at NEW Lutheran beginning at 4:30 p.m. and Kewaunee will play Peshtigo in a doubleheader at 5 p.m. at Memorial Field.

Thursday's action saw Sevastopol lose to Sheboygan Lutheran 3-1 and Luxemburg-Casco play Clintonville.
