Area track athletes look to keep season alive with regionals

The area's track programs will split on Monday to two different sites for their WIAA Regional meets.

 

The Division 2 schools will head to St. Norbert College for their regional meet, which begins its first events at 3 p.m. Kewaunee, Luxemburg-Casco, Southern Door, and Sturgeon Bay will be joined by Denmark, Freedom, Notre Dame De La Baie Academy, Two Rivers, and Wrightstown. The top finishers will head to Unison Credit Union Stadium at Little Chute High School for the sectional meet. 

 

Division 3 schools will head to Valders for their meet with the first events starting at 4 p.m. Algoma, Gibraltar, and Sevastopol will be joined by Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, Hilbert, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mishicot, Oneida Nation, Roncalli, and Reedsville for the regional meet. The top finishers will head to Marathon High School on Thursday.
