Several local high school softball teams took to the diamonds for regional semi-final action Tuesday afternoon.
In Luxemburg on 104.1 WRLU, the #1 seeded Luxemburg-Casco Spartans crushed the #8 seeded Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes 13-0 in five innings in WIAA Division 2 play and will face Marinette on Thursday.
In Division 3, the Southern Door Eagles outslugged the Kewaunee Storm 13-8 on U102.1.
The #1 Algoma Wolves shut out Stockbridge/Hilbert 11-0 in five innings at home and will play #8 St. Mary Springs on Thursday in Division 4 play.
