Two local high school wrestlers will represent themselves in two different tournaments throughout the week. 

Spencer Madsen and Tiani Lemieux, who both wrestled for the Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol team this winter, are competing at their respective tournaments. Madsen is competing in Fargo, and Lemieux is competing in Nova Scotia. 

Madsen is competing at the Fargo Junior and 16U National Championships. Madsen was a All-Packerland First Team selection in the winter season for Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol. He was the team point leader for most of the season, and excelled on his feet and led the team in near-fall points and tech falls. 

Tiani Lemieux is competing at the North American Indigenous Games at 141 lbs in the female division, which wrestles freestyle. Lemieux made a state appearance last season, after finshing second in her sectional.
