Spartans' Lemens verbally commits to UW-Parkside

Luxemburg-Casco's Tabi Lemens will take her soccer career south after graduation after she verbally committed to UW-Parkside this month.

The senior goalkeeper took to Instagram on Wednesday to make the announcement, thanking her family, friends, and coaches for the support they have given her along the way. As a junior, Lemens posted four clean sheets en route to an All-NEC First Team selection and Defensive Player of the Year honors. She was also a member of the conference's first team her freshman and sophomore seasons.

The Rangers are coming off a 7-11-1 record in 2022, including a 4-9-1 conference mark against the likes of Michigan Tech and Northern Michigan. The program has reached the NCAA Tournament eight times since adding women's soccer in 1994.
