DCU looks to carry winning ways to Plymouth

On Saturday DCU will compete for their third consecutive championship at the Plymouth Invitational at Plymouth High School beginning at 8 a.m.

 

Earlier this week, Door County United Girls Swimming won the Shoreline Invitational at Sheboygan North High School on Saturday.  DCU scored 532 points over second place finisher Sheboygan North with 419.   DCU finished first in all but two events.  First place finishes were posted by Cassie Rankin (Sev), Danica Neville (SD), and Julia Michalski (SB). Second place finishers were Kailyn Neville (SD), Caitlyn Hasenjager (Sev), and Izzy Jimenez-Seyfer (SB).  DCU won the 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay and the 400 freestyle relay.  DCU also had a strong showing in the junior varsity events with Shaeffer Rass (Sev) finishing first in both the 100 butterfly and the 100 breaststroke.
