The Packerland Conference will descend on Cherry Hills Golf Course on Thursday for their championships meet.

The area's teams will try to knock off Peshtigo from its mountaintop, which won the boys' and girls' titles over Kewaunee (boys) and Sevastopol (girls) at last year's championships hosted at Gibraltar. The girls' race could look very similar to last year with the top five all returning for a chance to be crowned champion including Kewaunee's Hannah Miller, Southern Door's Emma Bousley, and Sevastopol's Bea Dramm. Last year's champion in the boys race graduated, potentially opening the door for Southern Door's Ben Grota and Kewaunee's Christopher Cullen to take the top spot.

Algoma, Gibraltar, Kewaunee, Oconto, Peshtigo, Providence Academy/NEW Lutheran, Southern Door, and Sturgeon Bay are all scheduled to compete when the first race kicks off at 3:30 p.m.
