The Sevastopol girls cross country team took full advantage of its home course on Thursday as they squeaked past Peshtigo to win the Packerland Conference title.
The Pioneers won with 43 points, two points ahead of Peshtigo for the title. The Bulldogs were able to capture the boys' crown with 33 points, 11 points ahead of second-place Southern Door.
Despite their team's finishing in 3rd place, the individual titles went to Kewaunee runners with Hannah Miller capturing the girls race in 19:10 while Christopher Cullen won his race with a 5K time of 17:12.
