Sturgeon Bay and Luxemburg-Casco will play against each other on Monday night as both squads prepare for the start of the WIAA Soccer Tournament later this week.
A weekend full of soccer was axed because of weather for the Clippers, which had its match against the Spartans postponed from Friday to Monday and its contest against Pulaski on Saturday get canceled. The Clippers enter the game fresh off a 1-0 loss to Neenah, their first defeat since September 8th when they fell to Preble by the same margin.
The Spartans ended their NEC slate with a loss to Fox Valley Lutheran 8-2. That evened their record to 7-7-0. The Spartans got two goals from Johan Amador in the loss as FVL pulled away for the win after taking a 5-1 lead at intermission. They are 3-3 in their last six matches.
Kickoff from Clark Field is slated for 6:30 p.m.
