The DCU girl's high school swim team rounded out their season undefeated in conference matchups. The final score was DCU 543 to second place team Seymour, 423. The team has been conference champions for the past four consecutive years. Meaning the seniors on the team have been conference champions for their entire high school swimming career. Cassie Rankin had a fantastic meet, finishing first in both the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle. She has been first-team all-conference in the 200-yard freestyle her entire high school career. Junior varsity swimmers also had a phenomenal meet, including best times from Hannah Schley in the 200-yard freestyle and Shambo Wienke in the 100-yard butterfly. The team will travel to Plymouth High School on Saturday, November 4th to participate in the sectionals meet for a chance to go to the state tournament.
