Girls Basketball Roundup:  Algoma, Kewaunee, Southern Door claims victories

Six local teams were in action Tuesday night as the Packerland Conference season picks up speed after the holiday weekend.

In Algoma, the Lady Wolves pounded the NEW Lutheran/Providence Blazers 64-36 as Jaydn Nellis scored 21 points for Algoma. 

The Kewaunee Storm upended the Gibraltar Vikings in Fish Creek 63-29 with Jadelyn Kroll leading the way with 18 points for the Storm. 

In Brussels, the Southern Door Eagles improved to 2-1 with a 51-44 win over the Peshtigo Bulldogs.

The Sturgeon Bay Clippers fell 59-25 to the Oconto Blue Devils at home Tuesday in their Packerland Conference opener. 

 

In Pulaski, the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans dropped a non-conference matchup with the Pulaski Red Raiders 53-39.
