Bucks scorch Heat, claim spot In-Season Tournament Vegas

The Milwaukee Bucks stayed hot Tuesday night, by downing the Miami Heat on the road 131-124 at the Kaseya Center.

The Bucks jumped out to a 15-2 lead right of the bat, but the Heat would rally to close out the half with a 62-59 lead.

The game see-sawed in the third quarter, with the Bucks eventually pulling away at the end, outscoring the Heat 38-27 in the final period.

Milwaukee (13-5) was led by the “Big Two”, as Giannis Antetokounmo scored 33 points with 10 rebounds, and Damien Lillard added 32 points and nine assists.

With the win, the Bucks secured a spot in the NBA In-Season Tournament that will be held in Las Vegas on December 5.  They will face the New York Knicks (10-7) in the quarterfinals.

The next regular season game for Milwaukee will be Thursday night in Chicago as the Bucks face the Bulls at the United Center.
