Packers take on Cowboys in playoff opener

The Green Bay Packers will begin their unexpected road to the Super Bowl with a visit to Dallas for an NFC Wild Card matchup against the Cowboys.

The Packers rebounded from a 2-5 start to the season to finish 9-8 with a 17-9 victory over the Chicago Bears. Jordan Love blossomed in his first year as a starter, throwing for over 4,100 yards and 32 touchdowns. His performances against the Bears and the Minnesota Vikings over the last two weeks earned him two Offensive Player of the Week honors and NVP honors from Nickelodeon. Aaron Jones became the first Packers running back since Ahman Green to rush for over 100 yards in three consecutive weeks.

The Cowboys enter the game as the number two seed and the NFC East champions. WR CeeDee Lamb, RG Zach Martin, and K Brandon Aubrey were all recently named All-Pro by the NFL Players Association. The Cowboys have been a tough team to play at AT&T Stadium this season, going a perfect 8-0 while averaging over 35 points per game.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.
